Our Services include, but are not limited to, the following: coordinating long distance, commercial, military, and local moving services; arranging packing and unpacking services; facilitating short-term and long-term storage solutions; arranging transportation of specialty items such as pianos, antiques, and artwork; providing online quote estimates and customer support via phone, email, and text message.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms to use our Website and Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are submitting a request on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.
4. Quotes & Estimates
Any quote, estimate, or pricing information provided through our Website, over the phone, via text message, or by email is an approximation only. Estimates are based on the information you provide to us, including but not limited to move origin and destination, move size, requested services, and move date.
Final pricing will be determined by the assigned motor carrier based on the actual weight, volume, distance, and services rendered on the day of your move. Additional charges may apply for accessorial services such as stairs, long carries, shuttle services, packing materials, and storage. All final charges are governed by the motor carrier's published tariff.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Hercules Moving Solutions offers an SMS (Short Message Service) and text messaging program to communicate with you about your moving quote, move coordination, scheduling updates, and promotional offers. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to the following terms.
Consent & Opt-In
By submitting your mobile phone number through any form on our Website, by texting us directly, or by verbally providing consent over the phone, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS and MMS messages from Hercules Moving Solutions at the mobile number you provided. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any services from us.

After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. Please note that opting out of SMS messages will not affect communications sent through other channels such as email or phone calls.
